At this stage of the WotLK, we expect all applicants to have experience of Lich King 25 man on Heroic setting. Our alt raiding team is 11/12 ICC25 on Heroic, therefore we expect potential trialists to be at least as good as our alts.

Eternal Gathering the guild:

Eternal Gathering is one of the older high end raiding guilds it was created on the 21st of march 2005.

We have about 35 members: Our guild leader Altaria, 2 council members, raidmembers, alt/social people. We are since TBC in the top 100 world Guild Rankings and top 60 EU Guild Rankings. We use a bidding dkp system. We also have a guild bank to give players all flasks, potions and consumables needed for raid. All respec costs are also covered by our Guild bank.

What can Eternal Gathering offer you?

Raiding: Eternal Gathering gives you the opportunity to be among the first to witness, participate in, and down new raid boss encounters.

Stability: Eternal Gathering is a very stable guild. The guild community is close, everyone in the guild knows why they are there and everyone shares the same goal – making Eternal Gathering one of the best guilds in Europe.

Sociability: Being in Eternal Gathering allows you to meet and play with people who want the same thing as you, progress. We use ventrilo for every scheduled raid including farm raids, which make raiding a lot more enjoyable – it’s not always so serious! Ventrilo is not only used for raiding and throughout the day you will members of Eternal Gathering in the various channels – encase you get lonely! Outside of scheduled raiding there is normally a lot going on with several players in the guild doing arenas, playing alts, or just online socializing. Basically the guild is very active outside of raiding so there is plenty to do.

What does Eternal Gathering demand from you?

Attendance: During progress our raiding schedule is demanding (even more so for WOTLK) and it is important you understand this. Our progress raids - that you will be expected to attend 5-6 days per week 19.30CET raid start and end at 00.00CET with Saturday as off day / 10 mans.

Dedication: You must possess a positive attitude towards raiding, especially when it comes to progress raiding. You should be prepared to do everything it takes to maximize your characters effectiveness on the encounter(s). During progress raids you need to be fully awake and focused - trying to understand and offer feedback in regards to the encounter via ventrilo, in-game, or on the forums. You must be mature and able to handle any criticism directed your way.

Communication: World of Warcraft is a team game and communication during a raid encounter is often very important. We expect all members to be logged into both WoW and ventrilo 15 minutes before raid invites, You will be required to use ventrilo during raids and should be able to write/speak/understand English to a reasonable level.

All our applications are confidential, as we understand the problems involved with seeking a new guild while raiding in your current guild. Such an application will be kept secret from anyone outside of EG.
